BrowserStack is leveling up test automation with AI that actually thinks. In this post, I’ll show how I used BrowserStack’s AI features to generate intelligent test cases for my login and signup flows.

How to Get Started

🔑 Step 1

Hop into the BrowserStack Test Management

Click on 'Get started free'. It will take you to a page where you can either sign in or sign up if you haven’t already.

🧪 Step 2: Create a Test Prompt and Let AI Work

When you're in your Test Management dashboard, click on “Generate Test Case with AI.” This will take you to a page where you can either use suggested test cases, upload a test case PDF file, or enter your own test prompts. Then, click on “Generate Test Cases” to see the magic happen.

Since we’re generating test cases for our login and signup flows, there’s no need to overthink it, just describe what you want to test.

Example prompt:

"Login with email and password. Check both valid and invalid scenarios."

Make sure you describe your feature in plain, simple English!

🤖 Step 3: Watch the AI Suggest Smart Test Cases

BrowserStack AI analyzes your prompt and outputs complete, structured test cases:

• Clear titles

• Action steps

• Expected outcomes

In this example, the AI has generated 15 test cases spread across 5 key scenarios. You can easily expand each scenario to explore the individual steps. Want to dive into the details or keep moving fast? Just preview each case or add them directly to your test suite, it's that smooth.
